Elderberry blossoms are used by herbalists for some purpose.  Marc, last 
fall you posted a recipe for fish fillets in foil, topped with slices of 
mango and chile, squeezed lemon over them, and a bit of orange juice 
too.  Maybe you posted it on chile-heads.  I prepared that about ten days 
ago for friends, and we all loved it.  Thought you might be interested in 
the fact that with that dish we microwave-baked sweet potatoes (do you call 
them kumaras?), cut them across into rounds.  I put butter on the table, 
not intending to use that myself.  Some of the orange juice ran under my 
sweet potato, and holy toledo, what a wonderful combination!  And 
simple.  Our veggie the other night was just baked sweet potato, and we 
poured some orange juice over the top.  Margaret L
