Elderberry blossoms are used by herbalists for some purpose. Marc, last fall you posted a recipe for fish fillets in foil, topped with slices of mango and chile, squeezed lemon over them, and a bit of orange juice too. Maybe you posted it on chile-heads. I prepared that about ten days ago for friends, and we all loved it. Thought you might be interested in the fact that with that dish we microwave-baked sweet potatoes (do you call them kumaras?), cut them across into rounds. I put butter on the table, not intending to use that myself. Some of the orange juice ran under my sweet potato, and holy toledo, what a wonderful combination! And simple. Our veggie the other night was just baked sweet potato, and we poured some orange juice over the top.
