It won't hurt to use it at one drop to a gallon or whatever the bottle says.
It does have vitamin B1 & auxins which helps in root development.  There's a
bunch of other things in it which may or may not help depending on what's in
your water and soil already.  The ads used to say (still may?) "frozen six
months, brought back to life" so you kind of wonder.  Try some plants with &
some without & see if it makes a difference.  Ortho used to have B1
seperately, but now it's only in combination with a splant starter fertilizer.
Another company had B1 in a green & white bottle, but I have not seen it in a
couple of years.
