I think the inference that the aforementioned book has ever been in stock
is incorrect. I do know Carolyn personally and will continue to respect her
privacy.  About two weeks ago she informed me she had just received her
personal copy and that the remainder were in shipment to the U.S. from
Thailand, where the printing /binding was done.  It obviously has not
gotten there yet. The timedifference between air mail and commercial ship
may be as much as a month. I have a copy reserved and will be informed by
my book seller as soon as it arrives.  margaret Lauterback also has one on
order and I feel sure she will inform us when hers comes in. I'm anxious
too, for more reasons than you know, so please let's be patient. <G>
