Hi Betsy,

I did mean to say that I liked "Mountain Princess" not the other one.  The
heat must have gotten me . . . then again, maybe it was that extra gin and
tonic. <G>

I ran out of several varieties this year, Joyce's Brandywine among them.  I
am presently processing seed for it and will have it ready in October or
November at the latest.  that also goes for Druzba, Red Brandywine, Yellow
Brandywine, Mountain Princess, Porters Pride, Jeff Davis, Mule Team,
Burbank and several others.  I try to avoid wholesale seed and as a result
I may run out of some varieties.at the end of any season.  Using the web
site rather than a catalog gives me the flexibility to add and remove
varieties as circumstances demand.

Your gardening in Alaska fascinates me but I'm afraid I no longer have the
gumption to try that great a challenge.
