Would baking soda mixed with water help?  They use Capsaicin to relieve
pain...but I guess too much of a good thing...is not good.

I've been told chlorine bleach -- 1:10 or stronger solution -- relieves
capsaicin burn. You could try milk or Technu too. Margaret L
