Bob and Becky et all, This is a list about tomatoes and yes SOME OT, but I must say how painful this discussion has been for me. I have read and remained quiet while various members rant on and on about their freedoms to bear arms. However--------- I consider gardening I.E. Tomatoes and Chiles a bit of therapy for my husband and I. You see our son was experiencing depression after the breakup up w/his girlfriend of 4 1/2 years, went to feed his friends cats and searched for the antique gun collection his friend had. Our son used an Antique Russian riffle to commit suicide. If this gun had been locked up he would still be here. So please don't talk of your freedoms and rights, talk of your responsibilities if you choose to own a gun. But more importantly this IS a list for tomatoes!!!!!!! I respect our freedoms in this grand county, but let's stay on topic. You want to know about guns, the 31,000 people who commit suicide a year and the irresponsible action of those who choose to "bear ARMS FINE, BUT THIS IS A TOMATO LIST. I AM HERE BECAUSE I LEARNED MUCH FROM MY SON WHO LOVED TO GARDEN AND I AM TRYING TO LEARN MORE. I am not alone as I know one here lost her husband, another a son, another almost lost a son, please get back on topic. http://www.1000deaths.com/ph otos/8.html Joshua Tiffin Durkee 22 1/2 who loved to garden Yes we have rights no one denies that but this has turned into a free for all.
