I did a taste comparison this weekend, too!  I also liked the more delicate
flavor of Calvin's powder on fish (I used orange roughy), but preferred the
more robust flavor of Jim's Apple Smoked in Super Bowl Chili and beef
burritos.   I'm trying them both today in chicken salad sandwiches!
