Whats that you say? Well, after spending the evening imbibing spirits at a benefit dinner/auction, we came home and discovered we were starving ( ie. MUNCHIES) so we whipped up some Ritz Crackers with Sharp Cheddar cheese and Jalapeno slices, toasted for 2-3 minutes in the oven to melt the cheese. We applied the Walkers wood sauce to each nacho just prior to consumption. It was most good! So it doesn't have to be used as a marinade.
