I believe that, while heat is important, it is merely a bonus to be enjoyed with the flavor of the dish being cooked. Anything which is too hot to enjoy is just plain TOO HOT! I eat fresh habs with the best of them, but can't stand green jalapenos( although once they turn red, I can't get enough of them). The flavor is the determining factor, however, not the heat. I don't see any reason you should be flamed for defending that truth. Amen, and over and out, Jeff The Pepperman pepperman@sizzling.com IEatChiles@aol.com
