Hi chile-chums,

try this one as fast as you can (or down the pub!) :

Oh, I'm not a pheasant plucker
I'm a pheasant plucker's son
And I'm busy plucking pheasants
'Til the pheasant plucker comes

Just my bit of jollity to calm things down a bit!!

Actually it's not as off-topic as it seems (really).

I've got myself a nice plump little hen pheasant for our dinner on
Sunday evening. Has anyone got a good CH recipe? I was thinking
maybe just roast the pheasant and serve with a fruity sauce (habs
sound good but which fruit?) or maybe joint the pheasant and cook in
a sauce - but what? Any ideas welcome.
