Thomas Greaves@PCS PRIMECO 02/15/99 09:07 AM I make some pretty good chile beer. It is really easy. Here's how I do it: I turn the refrigerator down to just above freezing then put some bottles of Rolling Rock beer (with twist off caps in there). After a day or so, take some nice serranos chiles, slit them length wise, twist off the cap from a beer and insert 1 or 2 of the serranos. Then twist the cap back on and return to the fridge. Return the fridge to normal temp. After a few days, you have some pretty good beer. By having the beer really cold, you don't loose the effervesence when you open it. Tom
