These sound EXACTLY like the 'Red Chile Peppers' at my neighborhood
Bel-Air.  Certainly NOT Jals, but I like 'em nonetheless...

Bet they'd be GREAT smoked, though.

Looking into getting a store-bought, unmodified smoker in the next couple
of weeks.  Anyone have any recommendations?
