I've tried it on everything at one time or another. The funniest thing to me is that the smell of the spice combined is decieving of how it tastes on food. One of my favorites is putting it on steamed vegetables! I also made a citrus marinated pork loin then seasoned it with essence and bar-b-q'd it and it was wonderful! Heck I even like it on eggs, cereal is next. Dave
