Hello, CH'ers!!

Sorry for the delay getting out these addresses. I just moved - bought
the 10-acre chile farm of my dreams, here in northwestern Virginia
(Round Hill).

Had time enough to get all the peppers in pots in the ground by
mid-July. They're a little short, but starting to bear - wonderful!!!

J.L. Hudson's address is (catalog requests only to this address):
	P.O. Box 1058
	Redwood City, CA 94064

Tell him Robert the Poet sent you - we trade correspondence upon
occasion (standard disclaimers, etc., on all...). For those Luddites
among you (and I am one - except, natch, for e-mail), you'll enjoy Mr.
Hudson's articles about the dangers of technology.

I can't find the address for Native Seeds/Search - will look for in in
my boxes of files, as of yet, unopened.

But someone else mentioned the Seed Savers Exchange, and their address
is:
	3076 North Winn Road
	Decorah, IA 52101

Send a LONG SASE for their brochure.

I also picked up a catalog from The Chile Woman (sounds like a match
made in heaven, there). TCW says she grows organically, and the catalog
states she specializes in "Native American Chiles and Peppers." So, I
figure it's worth passing her address along, too:
	1704 South Weimer Road
	Bloomington, IN 47403-2869
	(812) 332-8494
	chilewmn@bluemarble.net

And, finally, for those of you who dig herbs, check out Edgewood Farms.
They specialize in rare herbs - really a great find:
	Route 2, Box 303
	Stanardsville, VA 22973
	(804) 985-3782

BTW, in response to those who found this thread somewhat out of place -
I figure anything which promotes seed preservation - and the avoidance
of big-business patronage (not to mention the avoidance of big-business
products, like hybrid seed) - has a place on such a libertarian list!!!

Capsicum Abundo,

Robert.
