Some sort of casserole with Jalapenos

I had a recipe that called for a dried ancho. I lived in Cody, Wyoming
where you were lucky to get fresh bell peppers. I found a can of
chipotles in adobo. This is before I knew anything about the various
variety of chiles. I reasoned that the entire can could probably be
substituted for the one pepper (they looked small after all).

>18. Have you ever entered a hot substance eating contest? How did you do?
No

>19. Have you ever had an unusual strong reaction to eating peppers? What was
>it? If so, have you had gastrointestinal problems, such as an ulcer?
Nothing unusual and no problems

>20. Do you grow your own chiles? Lots or a little?
yes, habaneros, red savinas, scotch bonnets, jalapenos, and bells. About
30 plants total.

>21. Is your profession related to chiles? If yes, what is it?
no and yes, my profession is a computer programmer, selling hot sauces
is for fun.

>22. How long have you been on the Chile Heads list?
3 years

>23. Are you a knuckle-dragger? (If you've been on the list a short time, you
may not understand this...)

>24. How do you spell the name of our favorite fruit?
Chile

>25. Do you use chiles for anything other than eating? What? (rael, control
>yourself...)
Decorations.

>26. Where do you live?
Southern California (Oceanside)

>27. Is it hotter in the Summer or the city?
Depends on where/when I'm cooking.
