5 lbs pureed sweet potatoes, 2 cup molasses, 1/2 cup brown sugar, a touch
of vinegar, a pinch of salt and habs to taste and you've got "Baby's
Breath," an apple butter-type bread spread that is just amazingly edible.

Hmmm.  Maybe two cups molasses is too much.  Play with it.
