[CH] What's a CH to do with boiled eggs?

So I got all these leftover hard boiled Easter eggs, and I can't think of 
anything to with them but the usual-- put on some hot sauce and black pepper 
then eat them.  I supposed I could make some egg salad (it is National Egg 
Salad week, isn't it?).
