Hi Dave,

Thanks for the report! For the last couple of years, I've gone to the
Texas Fiery Foods show on Sunday instead of Saturday and had been
disappointed. This year, however, I went on Saturday and was very
impressed.

I took my 3-year-old daughter and my 8-year-old son. Matthew was doing
pretty well until he dipped some Hector's Smokin Habanero sauce while I
wasn't looking. Then it was off to the Borden's booth for chocolate
milk. Carly wouldn't touch anything except the chips :-)

Easy there :-)

Hey, I think I saw you at the D'Oni booth! I met you two years ago at
the Hotluck you and your wife had in Austin. I missed it this year, my
wife and I had just had a baby girl.

Anyway, I bought the D'Oni three pack. That was the honey-habanero
mustard (wonderful, but not very hot), the habanero sauce (*very* hot,
for me anyway), and a marinade/dipping sauce.

That's an awesome cheescake. Did y'all ever post the recipe? If not,
would you?

A couple of other things I picked up: A three pack of Los Tios salad
dressings (jalapeno ranch, chipotle ranch, and habanero ranch), some
peppered dill pickles and jalapeno stuffed olives, and a bottle of
Hector's Smokin Jalapeno and Smokin Habanero sauces.

Anyway, the show was great. I'm not sure if it was better this year,
or if it's just generally better on Saturday, but I had a much better
time than I have the last couple of years.

Thanks to everyone who helped make it great!

- Bill
