Susan Spicer, chef at New Orleans restaurant Bayona is on the TV Food
network show Kitchen Divas tonight at 7pm EDT.   My dinner at Bayona a
couple years ago was the highlight of my trip there, and was possibly the
best meal I've had in recent years.

To top it off she signed my menu!
