How about that old stand-by of celery sticks filled with peanut butter.
Satisfies the crunch desire with a great protein fill 'er up.
Bite sized things could include: Fried wontons, deviled egg halves,
mini-tacos!
Crackers and cheese stuck together with ham spread...

Is there a little worm in your chile?  Curly leaves could be too much
fertilizer. You been paying too much attention to your babies maybe? Cheers!
