Send your aspiring chef to Rev. Jim the Elder's web site
(wildpepper.com) for ground chipotles, ground apple-smoked hab powder,
etc. And the world's best already in a jug BBQ sauce -- Smokin' Chipotle
Sauce.... all at "how can he sell this so cheap??? prices.

I keep a shaker of ground chipotle on the counter next to the stove. If
you do this make sure the top of the shaker is secure. I can flat
promise you that 2 tablespoons of chipotle in a 1/3 lb sirloin burger is
waaaaaay too much.

ENJOY!!!
