Now mind you, I never even heard of Chipotle, until I discovered this group, and have been intrigued by the thought of ANY smoked pepper. Imagine my delight when my wife and mother in law returned home last night from Arizona with a collection of 5 different hot sauces. When I spotted the "Coyote Cocina Chipotle Hot Sauce" it was the first to be be opened. We were in "seventh heaven". A true hot "sauce", with great smoke flavor, then the typical jalepeno heat kicks in. Excellent smoke flavor. We used a third of the bottle up with dinner tonight. Other sauces were "Acid Rain", a habanero based sauce, with good flavor, but seemed to have a chemical aftertaste. Jim Beam hot sauce, a typical "grocery store" type sauce. There are two more "Arizona" hot sauces I have not tried yet, seem to be vinegar based habanero types. Maybe I'll try them tommorrow. Mike D & M Farms
