Brush 8x8" baking pan with cilantro oil. Set aside. In large bowl, combine turkey, salsa, peas, poblanos and sour cream. Mix well. Place 1/2 the taco chips on the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with the turkey mixture. Bake for 1/2 hour. Top with cheese and remaining taco chips. Bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
