Those sores inside the mouth are called canker sores. Don't ask why, 'cause I don't know. I used to get them frequently back in college. (Always seemed to follow a combination of little white pills for studying, and a weekend pill or two for tripping...) I would use alum powder. Hurt like hell at first, but they would be gone in a day. Now, anyone want to talk about something more pleasant, like hemmoroids? Did you know that Preparation H will temporarily tighten the skin around your eyes? ;-) Marilyn ********* The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement. ----- Original Message ----- From: "VoodooChile" <rael64@qwest.net> To: "Mark Barringer" <mdogdrum@earthlink.net>; "Chile-Heads Mailing List" <Chile-Heads@globalgarden.com> Sent: Saturday, December 15, 2001 1:27 PM Subject: Re: [CH] Not a lovely subject: Cold sores. > At 10:58 PM -0500 12/14/01, Mark Barringer wrote: > >Now I know I have posted in awhile, and the subject matter here is not a > >very pleasant one, but I need to ask you all a question. > > > >I get a cold sore maybe once every winter on average.
