I made Doug's Thai Chicken and Potato Curry last week and it was mighty
mighty FINE eating.  Burned sooo good, too.  This wimp will have to
reduce the red curry paste a tad next time around, but there WILL be a
next time for sure.  (Thanks for sharing, Doug!)

The list oldtimers know all about Doug's recipes, but for  newbies like
me who missed the original posting years ago, the  recipe --along with
