A quickie (CH very mild) - from a non cook: De-seed some jalapeņos, chop them, let the pieces marinate in some vinegar. Then blend into _wipped_ cream cheese. Spread on crackers (or better: thin, dense, German bread). (I just had this for lunch, mild but very good.) AndyB "T.
