I like taking boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks, roll in seasoned flour, milk and then in a crumb mixture into which I have added as much heat (Calvin's red, Jim's powders...whatever) as I think the traffic (or my moderate tongue) can bear. Spray with a bit of olive oil spray and bake. Spicy chicken nuggets! Almost everyone likes chicken but if they are vegetarians, try marinating mushrooms with olive oil, a bit of vinegar, spices and, of course, peppers. Also...take some olives, black or green, drain off the juice and roll them in chile powder (either pure or a blend, according to your tastes) Pack them back into the jar and let them sit in the fridge. There isn't much time on this one since you only have two days until the party but they are gooood and can be made as wild or mild as you wish. SandyO CH #1146 of the moderate persuasion
