Hi All -- I am going to a dinner party on Thursday night with a "Mexican" theme. There will be about 15 people there -- my wife and I will be the only "confirmed" chile heads and there will be two or three others who enjoy "spicy" foods. That said, the hostess has asked me to bring a "hot" dish because most of what she is making (and what others are bringing) will be very mild (hence the quotation marks above). I told her I would bring some munchies -- any ideas? My criteria are roughly thus: 1. Hot, but not too hot -- i.e., I am NOT bringing habanero poppers dusted with Jim's powder and dipped in Krakatoa (delicious as that may sound); 2. I would like to bring finger food -- i.e., something that you can pop in your mouth directly off of the plate as opposed to a chip and dip/salsa/guacamole type of setup (although, if I have to resort to this, I will live); and 3. Ideally, I can do most of the work in advance since I will be going to the party immediately after work. Thanks in advance for any help. Matt ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ T.
