Yeah yeah yeah yeah!  My Lithuanian family would fish the smoked bones out 
of the stock pot, scrap over the bits of remaining meat like mongrel dogs, 
sprinkle salt over them and reach for a scoop of horseradish.  Chase that 
with a freezer-chilled shot of vodka and a slice of dark bread.

And after that, the soup...
