Hi All -- I'd like to try some "new" ribs over the weekend, but I am looking for a specific recipe. Some of the best dry-rubbed ribs I have ever had were from Willingham's in Memphis. I know that John Willingham has won the Memphis in May competition a number of times and that he is generally well-renowned in pork circles. Has anyone ever seen a recipe for his ribs? I am sure they are rubbed a day before and then smoked (but not mopped) for a number of hours. However, the details have proven elusive. Any help would be appreciated.
