Hi Eric, Sorry can't agree with your statement. Snip: But I think the moral of my story is to wash up a bit better after handling chiles, or just wuss out and use gloves. My hands are heavily callused & I've processed fresh Habs for 4 to 8 hrs. straight without ill effects to hands......but touch anything else & I'm withering in pain. I put gloves on SO I CAN REMEMBER TO TAKE THEM OFF before I do anything else.... Like go to the bathroom....or wipe sweat from eyes.
