I returned from the Fields with a half-jar of my 1999 orange hab mash. (The first half went into that pork that I fried at the event.) I've been wondering how to use it up. So today I tried something new - I poured it into a used woozy bottle, filling it about 3/4 full. I filled the rest of the space with ordinary soy sauce. I tried it on a beef-and-broccoli lunch, and was quite pleased. As I make more room in the bottle, I plan to add soy until it is closer to a 50/50 mix.
