I've gotten a smattering of receipt notifications, and hope that the rest
are delivered before the end of this week.
Please feel free to duplicate and distribute a copy to anyone who neglected
to request one.
If I can set up an FTP site with the whole ~150MB set, I will.... still
checking with my broadband provider for legalities.
(Copies are still available to those who wish them.)
