Send the recipes on, Dan. Send 'em on. I love grits. I am a Yankee through and through but learned to love grits when driving down to FL many years ago. Still make them for myself sometimes. My DH doesn't like 'em much. I make him eat them anyway! Love 'em smothered with onions and covered with cheese, like they sell 'em at Waffle House. Anyway they are made, I love 'em.
