Oh for fondue! Yes -- Steve aka Dr. Dirt is about to
make another batch and me thinks Guyere and
Emmenthaler could stand up boldly to this! Great idea

THE BREAD croutons could be used for a new kind of
Caesar salad! I like this. Think we'll be making two
loaves.
