Your absolutely right Alex,
Cheese with cumin is called Leidsekaas.
As in the early days the best cumin cheese was made in the region of Leaden,
so they named after the city.
And by coincidence... I was born there too... not that I taste so good, well
don't know...

Leidsekaas goes terrific together with red savina, or any other pepper
powder!
Just put a slice on a pcs of bread and sprinkle a little powder on .... very
very nice!
