I don't understand the reluctance at all. Take any recipe that calls for
Jalepenos and substitute Habaneros. The archived lists of chilehead recipes have
lots of great recipes. If you are publishing for profit make double check
copyrights. One of my favorites is Mango Habanero Ice Cream served with chilled
Vodka.

None isn't that the point of using habs. Though diary products like yogurt or
fruits including limes and mangos are commonly used.
