Funny that you mention Rolling ROck. My dad is from Scranton, PA and he drank Rolling ROck for years and years. I actually have some in the house now and it is wonderful beer. I have been drinking it with my chili lately and I find it calms the fire quite nicely. Just my opinion, RisaG (who also found that the beer I had at the Hot Luck on Saturday also calmed the fire nicely too. That and the Cider.)
