	In Kansas, the State fair is held in Hutchinson.  That puts
	it very nearly in the geographical center of the state, but
	not at all near the population center.  At the far Eastern
	edge of the state, that puts me about 200 miles away.
	And then I would have to figure out how to get some good
	looking chiles ripe when the fair is on and then get them 
	there.  I might try sometime, but my work schedule is fairly 
	unpredictable these days.
