	I use a 9-tray Excalibur dehydrator.  I pick
the peppers, remove the stems, cut in half lengthwise,
place on the trays, and set the dehydrator to 125
degrees.
	I use this same methodology for all peppers,
omitting the lengthwise halving for Cayenne peppers
and others which are small enough in diameter to
not require halving.
