[CH] Now that bugs me!

A new Mexican market just opened up in town.  I picked up an assortment
of dried chili's and am going to use them.  One of them however  had
moths in it!  It was a bag of Chile Chipotle from EL GUPO.   Now my
first thought is just to take it back.  I was wondering however how
normal that is, and is there anyway to ues them.  As you can guess, I am
just learning my way on all this great chili stuff.
