My wife and I have had several run-ins over the years due to our differences in chile/heat appreciation/worship. These have included cooking adventures (my inadvertantly making something beyond her limited tolerance), refrigerator crowding (I now have 2 small cellar frig's, one for homebrew and one for hot sauces and condiments), and general disgust with my growing hot sauce collection (I have to sneak new stuff into my basement lair). She is supportive of my hot sauce-making "business" but doesn't get involved with it. I guess we've agreed to disagree on the importance of being a chilehead. Jeffro
