Kay, I have a good lab and we keep all our Kodak Gold in the
freezer. When I go overseas, I ordinarily bring along 20 rolls.
But I never could keep them refrigerated!
My son worked for Kodak for 6 years, so we had an inside
tech line which was great. Created some fine results...
Yes, having had our own dark room all those years we were very
familiar with changing filtration packs. My custom lab will always
do it for me when I am looking for a color improvement.
Were you using the special film for personal use or professional..?
Having five children, we used to take both slides and negatives.
I stopped taking slides about 8 years ago. Could not handle all the
travel baggage around my neck, so something had to give. Until then,
we also processed our own slides.
