 Thanks, George. This sounds like something very useful. I'm going down
there in a couple of weeks, and I think I'll try to check into it now. 

 BTW, is it still raining in your country? The remnants of that hurricane
looked as though it was stalled on top of Louisana on the Weather Channel
last night. 

 It's been unbelievably dry here in the Pacific Northwest for the past two
months, and it's been a challenge to keep everything in my gardens alive.
I don't remember it ever being quite this bad before, and I know I would
remember a water bill the size of the one I got last night in the mail.
