Well, Matt, the coin has two sides....
I hate watching tv while we eat, but Jimmie adores it. So on
Wednesday or Thursday night, he read a title from the tv listings, and
suggested that I might be interested in the program. It was on
severe head injuries [no kidding!] I was fascinated -- what they can
do for the injured with the proper informative training is beyond
belief.. But yes, the scenes were gorey.
This program was immediately followed by one on Williams'
Syndrome, and Jim pushed his chair away from the table in dismay,
and left the room.
Tonight we had no tv.
