The onions hang in a net bag on a hook in the pantry (Temp 60F, relative
humidity of 40-50%). The potatoes are in a bin made of chicken wire in the
root cellar(temp 35F, relative humidity of 70-80%) HTH (Bill & Chris Loke)[Z4/5 on a good day]
