Gerorge, do you suppose the Digest has a web site?  I don't get that
particular publication.

Ahhh yes, tis the changing seasons playing havoc with nasal bacteria... I
use echinacea with quite a bit of success, it helps me fight it off, but
also seems to have a decongestant effect on me.
