Penny, your wind chill has got to be way below zero.  Brrr.  At least your
plants don't feel that.  In the spirit of not being happy about weather,
I'd like to bottle our frequent rains and save them for mid-summer, when
watering is necessary and expensive.  Let my garden dry out!!!  Margaret
