We are having rain here in Upstate S.C. which *WE* really needed.
It's bad for the Eastern N.C. and the folks in the Costal part of our state.
This summer was one of the driest we had had in sometime.
The first time in the 24 years we have lived at this place and gardened ..we 
didn't have green beans and not much of anything else to can, A few tomatoes 
to put in the freezer, That was about it.
The rain is coming to late for gardners and farmers...it sure is making the 
turnip*patches* really grow!
