Well, George, that's JUST what I was looking for, winter comfort
food.  Whenever I cook up a turkey carcass, I am not satisfied with
the results. There's always something missing -- and I am very
pleased with your idea to freeze your leftover veggies for the soup!
We always rewarm them for the 2nd night...  this is better. 

BTW, my local grocery store packages "soup greens" -- 1 onion, 
1 parsnip, 1 large carrot, 1 potato, 1 fistful of dill, 1 turnip. Price?
$2.95 ........
